The children in Creative Activities Club have been busy creating clay pots, sun catchers, straw photo frames, wooden crafts- key rings, bookmarks, bird houses, stained glass windows and pebble painting. They have also played lots of ball games and even learnt how to play French boules!
They enjoyed some downtime in the library reading and writing.
The children used paints and pens to decorate smooth pebbles, like the ones that could be found along walking paths during lockdown. They used their creativity to turn a plain rock into cute fish, strawberries and pumpkins, to name a few. They will make a great addition to all of their gardens at home.
Everyone enjoyed getting a bit messy when making stained glass windows. They used tissue paper and glue to create bright colourful windows that look amazing when the sun shines through them.
