The four Parents’ Associations of the Oak-Tree Group of Schools came together recently to organise a very successful joint Summer Ball held on 21 May for hundreds of parents, staff and friends of the schools.
With a distinctive gold and black theme, this elegant black tie event was held in a large marquee in the grounds of Chigwell Hall and was an opportunity to come together to raise funds for the four Parents’ Associations whilst having a good time.
Over the course of the evening there was a Champagne reception, live music from a ‘Rat Pack’ performer, a ‘street’ magician performing close up magic, fun casino tables and live entertainment from the popular band ‘Souled Out’. Guests enjoyed a three course meal and took part in the raffle and auctions.
The evening was enjoyed by all guests and was an excellent way to start the summer’s ‘Ball Season’.
